McGinnis Trail

The McGinnis hiking trail is located in Fairfield North. It is a 1.8 mile woodland trail that is a part of the longer Northern Loop. The trailhead is at the Northern Catoosa Parking lot and the southern end of the trail comes out on to Catoosa Boulevard between Northridge Drive and Vista Terrace. When you reach the southern end of the trail you can either retrace your steps to the parking lot or you can travel on the other side of Catoosa Boulevard and return to your starting point along the Good Samaritan and Canyon trails.

The McGinnis Trail is quite strenuous with two significant changes in elevation.

Rating: Strenuous
