Executive Committee Meetings

Monthly Meetings

Executive Committee meetings are usually held immediately before the monthly member meeting. Typically this is 4:30pm to 5:30pm on the second Monday of the month. They are held at the same location as the member meeting.

Quarterly Meetings

The monthly meetings aree considered to be too short to cover all the immediate issues and allow time for reflective consideration of the longer terms goals of the section. For this reason in 2002 a program of quarterly meetings was initiated. These meetings are typically held in the evening on the fourth Monday of the month.  They typically  run from 5pm to 7pm depending on the availability of the board members.

Annual Strategy Meetings

In order to effect a smooth transition from one year to the next it has been a tradion of the section to hold one or two strategy Meetings during the Summer when we do not have Section Meetings. The ASQ year starts on July 1st so these meetings allow the incoming Section Chair to set the agenda for the upcoming year. These meetings are usually held in a hotel conference room on a Saturday and may last from 9am to 4pm.
