Reservation Policy

Reservations    

Reservations may be made on-line ( Click here )  or by  E-mail or by calling our Reservations Hotline 813-872-1500 Ext. 5557  a few days ahead of the meeting.  Follow the voice prompt and leave your name, phone number and company affiliation, if applicable.   The price of dinner meetings are  $25 if reservations are made or  $30 at the door.

Cancellation Policy

If you make reservation for a $25.00 dinner, please cancel as soon as possible, but no later than  4:00pm on the Friday before the meeting. Dinner cancelations after 4:00pm Friday will be substitued for a late registration dinner if a request occurs. If you are unable to cancel the reservation, please send a check for $25.00 to our Treasurer, payable to "ASQ Section 1508." (The price of a dinner without a reservation is $30.00)
