Dinner Reservations for Monday's ASQ 1508 meeting are closed.
Please e-mail your request, and state if you would like to replace a cancellation if one occurs. All cancellations after Friday at 12:00 pm must be e-mailed to victor_w_martins@baxter.com. If a late registration is requested, cancellations will be substituted, otherwise all previous reservations must be honored. Thank you for your cooperation.

Meeting Description
Come and join us at our monthly meetings. Whether you are a member of ASQ or just someone curious about meetings, you are always welcome. We meet at the Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore restaurant. Registration starts at 5:30pm. Appetizers are served from 5:45 until about 6:00pm, with plenty of opportunity for networking. Pre-dinner events start at 6pm, dinner starts at 6:30pm and our featured speaker at 7:15pm.

Additional Information
Please note, seating for dinner and the meeting is limited. Please ensure you have made your reservation through the website by the reservations deadline- 4pm on the Thursday before the meeting.
Please note also that we only accept cash or checks, no credit cards. Cost of dinner is $25.00 with a reservations, $30.00 for walk-ins. Effective March 1, 2009, the cost of the meeting without dinner is $10.00. Thank you!
Cancellations are accepted until noon the Friday before the meeting.

From 75 North, take I4 West to 275 South, take exit 40B (Lois Ave). When exiting turn right onto Lois Ave. Hilton is located 1/2 mile on right.
From 75 South follow to 275 South, take exit 40B (Lois Ave). When exiting turn right onto Lois Ave. Hilton is located 1/2 mile on right.
From 275 North, take exit 40B (Lois Ave), When exiting, turn left onto Lois Ave. Hilton is located 1/2 mile on right.
From the Tampa International Airport, when exiting take the Spruce St exit. 3rd light on Spruce St. is Lois Ave, turn right on Lois. Hilton is on left.
